Procedure

  • Welding of Shoulder Rings: We weld the shoulder rings in-house, adhering to international standards. This process ensures an interference fit with the external diameter of the pipe ends, maintaining precise shoulder dimensions.

  • Hydrostatic Testing: After welding, we conduct hydrostatic tests on the shouldered end pipes. These tests verify the pipes’ pressure resistance and overall integrity.

  • Material Compliance: We ensure that the pipe material conforms to relevant industry standards, confirming its suitability for the intended applications.

  • Installation of Shoulder Rings: We weld the steel shoulder rings onto the pipe ends with an interference fit. By doing so, we prevent ring distortion and ensure that the pipe ends remain within the specified tolerances.

Four-Way Sealing Ring Mechanism:

  • Installation: Place the sealing ring over the pipe collars, positioning the sealing lips to create immediate sealing tension upon installation.

  • Pressure-Activated Sealing: Internal pipeline pressure enhances the seal by exerting force on the sealing lips. As the pressure increases, the seal tightens correspondingly.
