FR HDPE Pipe

Rendifield’s FR HDPE Pipes offer robust fire-retardant performance without compromising on the strength and flexibility associated with HDPE piping. Manufactured to meet strict local and international standards, these pipes are ideal for applications where fire safety and long-term durability are essential. With a UL-94 HB rating, they meet key fire retardancy criteria while maintaining excellent mechanical and thermal properties.

FR HDPE Pipe: Key Features

  • Flame-retardant to UL-94 HB classification
  • Manufactured from 100% HDPE 100 with carbon black
  • Excellent resistance to impact, abrasion, and corrosion
  • Low thermal conductivity and high chemical resistance
  • Smooth internal surface for reduced friction losses
  • Long service life with minimal maintenance
  • Flexible options: coils or straight lengths
  • Sizes available from 25mm to 630mm

We offer the following fittings

  • Long Radius Bends

  • T-pieces

  • Stubs
